| A classic motor court out of the 40s on the main drag, now bypassed by the Interstate (I-81). Two single story units, old but well maintained inside and reasonably well kept outside. All the usual amenities (A/C, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and goodies including a few small snacks, TV, etc.). No pets, but the owner's 10 or more cats are very friendly. Be careful not to run them down when you pull in.
There are plenty of better places in the greater New Market market (Harrisonburg and Luray are 20 minutes away), but we were visiting friends in New Market and liked the price. Good value for the money (2 nites $96.00). Would stay there again anytime.
