I was a resident at your facility in Woodstock, GA. I have had the worst experience.
My room has had an invasion of FROGS and the manager will neither exchange my room nor give me a refund. I have not been able to reenter my room because of my fear and management is stating "They are just harmless frogs." I left the room to stay with a friend because I begin having chestpains and feeling absolutely ill everytime I think about re-entering that room.
The first frog was discovered in my room among my things, which was bad enough. After the maintencance got that one out, I semi-recovered enough to continue to live in the room UNTIL I went to take a shower. I had gotten in the shower (naked of course) reached up to adjust the showerhead, and there was a LARGE frog on the shower head. I ran out of the shower barely dressing and went to get maintenance AGAIN. They were less than helpful. ONE they did not get the frog out because they could not find it. TWO the guy was attacking me because I left the shower running and the floor got wet. THREE management said they WILL NOT move my room and will not give any money back. I AM PHYSICALLY ILL FROM THIS ENTIRE INCIDENT.
There was an utterly lack of compassion and down right disrespect from the staff regarding my sittuation. When I attempted to lodge a complaint thru the website, I got nowhere because the website is not maintained and is just a front.
DO NOT EVER STAY AT ANY INTOWN SUITES. EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE READ IN THESE REVIEWS ARE TRUE AND THEN SOME.
