This hotel is one of hte worst that I have stayed in. The front desk employees were surly, barely had time to help with need and when I went to check out, the printer was not working. I had to call 3 times to get my hotel bill sent to me and that was after I visted the hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mission/McAllen is not your typical Holiday Inn Express, we are the new concept in what both business and leisure travelers look for in a hotel along with one of the highest ranking of excellence for service and product among Holiday Inns. We are located at the intersection of US Expressway 83 and South Shary Road in the heart of the McAllen, Mission, and Sharyland Trade Zones. We are located across the street from the exclusive Club of Cimarron. The hotel offers easy access to all points in the Rio Grande Valley and Northern Mexico. Our hotel consists of beautifully appointed one-bedroom suites, smart suites, or traditional rooms with one king or two queen beds. It features a very spacious great room where we serve the finest of the Express Start Breakfast. Relax in our swimming pool and Texas sized Jacuzzi, or exercise in our fitness room. Our business center has all of the essentials and duels as a conference room for up to 7 people. Ask about our Citrus Room for your next meeting, which has a capacity for up to 100 people. Complimentary airport transportation to and from McAllen Miller International Airport. The staff members are bilingual in both English and Spanish. Being a Hotel & Suites property means that our rooms are larger than standard hotel rooms and include a coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and board, full length mirror, vanity bench, high-speed internet access coming in April 2004, large work area, two line telephone, voicemail, free local phone calls, a 25 inch television with expanded cable. Guest laundry facilities on property, along with same-day laundry and dry cleaning available Monday through Friday.
