The Holiday Inn-Lakeside is located on the North Shore of Big Detroit Lake in Northwestern Minnesota. Our INDOOR RECREATION CENTER features a swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, ping pong table, and arcade. We have added a state of the art PHYSICAL FITNESS CENTER adjoining our Recreation Center. Other local summer attractions include Fishing, Boating, Birding, Tennis and of course, Golf. We are located within five miles of seven different Golf Courses providing challenge to both the novice and expert golfer. In winter we are the Trailhead for 250 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. We are located 2 miles from DETROIT MOUNTAIN SKI AREA with Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowboard runs available. Ice Fishing is another activity located right out our back door, with ice house rentals available. For your Convention and Meeting needs we offer space to accommodate 350 guests with Breakout space available.
