| We were greeted by the Mary Pat with a lovely smile and toured the B&B. She showed us where everything was and how to operate the outdoor spa. John and I felt like we were right at home. We enjoyed the home cooking and had a great time. We highly recommend this to anyone who is just looking to get away and have time to their selves.

| The serene surroundings allow for a true respite from the business of life. I especially loved the many varieties of birds that I watched from my bedroom window. The innkeepers are hospitable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area - and Mary Pat is a wonderful cook!

| The Foxfield Inn in Charlottesville Virginia was an amazing and relaxing experience. We have stayed in over 20 B&Bs, but none have matched the amenities and ambiance that The Foxfield Inn delivered. The owners, Mary Pat and John, welcomed us into their B&B as if we were family. Their every attention to detail, from the clean smelling rooms, to the little touches like candles, fresh baked cookies and water and turned down beds in the evening, made the long weekend perfect. They are truly masters at their trade. The food was fantastic and the conversation came easy with both the other guests and Mary Pat and John. We highly recommend The Foxfield Inn to everyone who wants to relax, explore nature and enjoy the Charlottesville area. We will be back to this one of a kind B&B

| I own a Travel Agency and as a result enjoy "finding" great little places for myself...and my clients. The Foxfield Inn is just such a place. Unlike many B&B's, Foxfield is a NEW home and in perfect condition.
The innkeepers Mary Pat and John provide a most welcoming atmosphere and add so many special touches (a lighter in the bathroom for the candle on the tub!) that you feel very pampered.
We stayed in the Garden Room which had lovely views of the Garden and Gazebo and a nice little porch right outside the room.
Breakfasts were yummy and the overall atmosphere DELIGHTFUL!

| My husband and I have traveled the world and stayed in many Bed & Breakfasts' from New Zealand, Europe and the U.S. The Foxfield Inn in Charlottesville was truly wonderful The setting, the comfort of the Inn and all of its rooms were outstanding. The cleanliness and attractiveness was outstanding. Mary Pat and John, the Inn keepers couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions for restaurants and golf. We were there for 3 nights and hated to leave when the time came. We would recommend this beautiful place to anyone interested.
