This place is amazing. Donna and Paul are the owners and they have done an amazing job restoring the elegant and comfortable charm of an early 1900's home. The service and reception from both Donna and Paul made us feel like we had been to Chapman Cottage a hundred times. The accomodations, such as sherry and homemade truffles warmed our souls as the fireplace in both our bedroom and personal bathroom warmed our bodies...not to mention the amazing jacuzzi tubs. All in all this place comes highly recommended. There are a million options of activities and sites around the immediate area, but please note, you could stay at Chapman Cottage for your whole stay without leaving and you will have the best weekend. One last thing; Paul is also a trained chef and does all the gourmet breakfast and delicious dinners at the Chapman Cottage Restaurant. The prices are unbelievable and a must see if you are in the Northeast...perhaps reason enough to travel there.
