On April 21st 2008 I came with my Family to stay at the Bodega Harbor Inn.
The morning after I left, forgetting behind my gold necklace. Later that day and the day after I called and gave the exact location of it, but the necklace seemed to disappear into thin air. The man on the phone answered in a very rude manner, and in effect told me to forget about my necklace (he repeated the mantra "there is nothing I can do for you", and then hanged up).
I am very sad about the necklace, which had a deep sentimental value for me, and I have never encountered such a bad service in all of my traveling around the world.
I'll never go back there and I recommend you to avoid this place too.
