Users' comments do not reflect the opinion or feelings of We8there.com, its management, or its staff except wherein a member of the We8there.com team is acting as an individual, posting a review of their own experiences. As such, no individual represents the opinion of We8there.com (the company) regarding any establishment.
We8there.com does not allow reviews from employees and/or employers past or present of the subject establishment to post reviews about their workplace or former workplace. If we have been notified that a particular review has been fraudulently posted on we8there.com, that review, will be deleted from our site without further notice.
If your restaurant/lodging staff, whether it's the owner, the general manager, a part time employee, the wife of the executive chef, cook, busboy or anyone closely associated with the establishment past or present are caught violating our posting policy, we will ban your business for 30 days (first offense) 60 days (second offense) 90 days (third offense) and reserve the option of filing civil charges in the state of California for attempting to undermine the credibility of We8there.com. If you have purchased a Premium Listing and it's determined an employee posted a bogus review, you will forfeit your listing and the business will have to purchase a new listing when the ban has been lifted.
We8there.com will make every effort to screen each review submitted to our website, however, with the sheer volume of reviews submitted, some reviews that violate our Posting Policy are inadvertently uploaded into the database and We8there.com accepts no liability in regard to such postings.
We8there.com wishes to garner testimonials regarding our Users' experience while on our website as well. Any comments sent to We8there.com via snail mail, email, or in any electronic form, will become the property of We8there.com, and will be posted in an appropriate manner at our discretion. Anyone submitting such a testimonial about their experiences in using this web site that wishes not to have their name, employment position and/or employer, or general location (we will not post private contact information of anyone submitting a testimonial) must inform We8there.com of their wishes.

We8there.com is not in the business of gathering negative opinions or information about any establishment, however, proprietors must regard negative reviews, when they do occur, as freely submitted and honest appraisals of their establishment by a User, and regarding that Users' experience of the named establishment at, or during the time(s) stated by the User.
About Accuracy of User Postings:
We do our best to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the We8there.com database. For all postings, We8there.com endeavors to verify the following information:
- name of the establishment,
- address and/or contact information of the establishment, and
- name and email address of User submitting the review
Any review wherein the User's name and/or email address cannot be verified may or may not be deemed appropriate for posting to our "live" website. If we cannot verify the User's email address, we will make an effort to contact the establishment for some form of verification.
Any review of a fictitious establishment will not be posted under any circumstances. We8there.com verifies all establishments for whom a review has been submitted as to their name and location, and that they are currently operating.
We8there.com considers proprietors of these establishments as Users of this site as well, and we rely on all of our Users to assist us in verification of information posted to this site and to bring our attention to any perceived discrepancies.
We8there.com will not remove negative reviews, simply at the request of the establishment proprietor.
