We8there Membership Terms & Conditions
We8there.com (We8there) has always represented restaurants and lodgings establishments (hotels and bed and breakfasts) through the vehicle of non-paid, public reviews. Additionally, information about establishments that have been reviewed and posted to We8there, such as address, phone number, address and map, are displayed with every review.
In order to serve proprietors of restaurants and lodgings establishments (hotels and bed and breakfasts), there are additional membership categories within the We8there Membership Program. These additional membership categories are designed to give establishments the benefit of added visibility within the We8there system, or in the case of establishments not yet listed by way of review, the opportunity to be listed and gain visibility within this highly used restaurant, hotel and bed and breakfast search and review system.
Note: Once a listing is purchased, you can return as many times as you need to make corrections. If you require assistance with your listing, email us at memberships@we8there.com. All listing will be checked and verified prior to posting on live site.

Fine Print:
All memberships will allow consumers the ability to post reviews of the member establishment(s). We8there recommends that you inform your patrons of this feature, as the benefits of reviews are many:
- Unsolicited feedback from patrons will assist with quality control within your establishment
- Reviews of a positive nature will bring more patrons
- Upon being reviewed, your establishment will receive a rating
- Multiple reviews will give a better average rating than a single review – users of We8there.com respect that multiple reviews even out occasional negative reviews
- Multiple negative reviews can be good news in that they point to areas of your business that need improvement – flaws can always be corrected once acknowledged
- Multiple reviews give a psychological signal that patrons frequent an establishment
If, in the case of the Premium or Premium Enhanced memberships, no reviews are posted, there will be no associated rating for the establishment (members with multiple establishments will be afforded review and rating status for each of their listings).
We8there takes a strong stance against bogus (or "stuffing") reviews. Every review submitted to We8there.com is scrutinized and verified as meaningful, valid, and posted by a patron and not by an employee or owner. More information about We8there's review posting policy can be found here. Any review found to be questionable in authorship or intent will not be posted. We value the integrity of our database and our review history.
Any "stuffing" of reviews, if confirmed, will result in the establishment being "delisted" without notice.
Once your establishment is "rated" by reason of being reviewed, We8there expects that establishment to maintain an overall average rating of 3 (average) out of 5 (excellent). If your establishment falls "below average" for a period of more than 6 months, your establishment could be lowered to Basic status. (Note: Basic memberships do not necessarily denote below average review ratings.)
By joining We8there.com's Premium Listing Program, you agree to hold We8there.com (We8there Communications, and We8there) not responsible for any reviews posted in regards to your establishment.
Further, you agree that your establishment must maintain an overall average rating of "Average" or above (see Ratings Key) during any 6-month period or lose your Premium or Premium Enhanced status.
All membership fees are non-refundable and may be subject to applicable taxes, depending on the state in which you subscribe.
Your membership will expire one year from the approval date. You will receive a notice to re-apply if your business meets our review requirements.
