| I have been to this place many times and I always loved the food but the service was not great. My partner and I finally went back after not being there is quite some time. We went Sunday for lunch and we brought our baby twins who are 19 months old. They only had one highchair and we needed two, so we tried to use a booster seat. Mind you we had to stand at the table and wait for ever for someone to bring us a high chair. When we sat down with our babies I gave them a baby bottle with water in them and a couple of crackers to hold them over until we got to see the waitress to order them something. The waitress took forever to get over to us. When the server came to our table she noticed the babies eating little cheese crackers and she said we were not allowed to bring food from outside. She said the baby bottle with water was fine but not the crackers. We were in shock!!! I took the crackers away and the babies started to cry. What the heck is wrong with little 19 month old babies to have a cracker while waiting for their meal?? We ended up leaving and we will not be going back again and neither will our friends. I totally understand a restaraunt not wanting people to bring in their own food but this was the craziest thing that has ever happened to us. My partner and I were so upset we just wanted to scream. Later, after we left to go up the street to a place that allowed my babies a snack my partner said she read in the menu that there is to be not outside food. Can you tell me, do you think this was considered outside food? It's not like we were sneaking extra from a salad bar, we just did not want our babies to cry because they were hungry. You don't deny babies food, no matter what the rules are. They could of let it slide and we would have spent our money on entrees for us and for the babies. GOODBYE ION and to all the parents that support this place do yourself a favor, find a place were they are kid friendly. I tried to email the owner but I could not find an email address to do so.

| One cold and rainy night, my wife Felicia and our good friends Darlene and Bobby and I all decided to venture out in the cold New England weather to try this vegetarian mecca we had heard so much about.
I have to say, from the first moment to the last we were all totally amazed. When we walked in the door it was nice and warm. The smells that we were hit with, tantalized the nose. The host was cute and smiling and took us to a table promptly as they were on the phone. The art throughout the dining rooms was exceptional, and incidentally, as we were leaving we found out that it was all for sale and by local artists! We now have two new additions to our home that we are VERY happy with, especially the price :)
As we sat, a server came by and dropped off a flower vase with filtered ice water and lemons. We found an incredible selection of organic and specialized wines...a nice deal. Our Italian biodynamic red was quite delicious. To start off we had some salads and an appetizer of sweet potato fries. Everything was perfect, cold fresh crispy salads, and sizzling hot sweet potato fries with smoky ketchup. Everyone agreed it was great!
For dinner two of us had the ION (It's Only Natural) Tribute, which is a selection of cajun tempeh, pierogis, and tempeh crab cakes with all sorts of accoutrement! Felicia had the fresh made butternut squash and hazelnut raviolis. She was completely wild for them. Darlene loved the sweet potato enchiladas with vegan parmesan but was disappointed because it didn't melt, even though our server had warned her that it didn't melt the way real cheese does.
We all had perfect soy cappuchinos after and shared some homemade vegan truffles that were to die for. (Fel's words)
Definitely would return, and recommend to other and know how good it was.
