The food is always well prepared, and noticeably prepared for you upon ordering...the little wait is well worth the time. They have some "typical" dishes and some dishes that are not found at your typical American-Thai restaurant. I love the green curry. The ingredients are fresh and authentic. The service is always professional and friendly. The owners make a point to ensure you are happy. I love the young fashionable service staff, and must say that I miss the cutting-edge sounds that they used to play, which were replaced with very lovely but traditional Thai music upon client request. The modern cozy interior decoration and atmosphere is such a contrast to the unassuming strip mall it is housed in. This is truly a hidden jem in San Antonio.

I have been dining at Thai restaurants for ten years now, and Thai Pikul is the best Thai food that I've had. They have a wide variety of menu items and their food is more authentic than any Thai restaurant in Texas. Thai Pikul uses more authentic vegetables like kana (chinese broccolli) and Thai eggplants. Overall I really enjoy Thai Pikul's atmosphere and food, I love dining there and would recommend it to anybody.

Thai Pikul has quickly become one of my all time favorites in San Antonio. Moving here from the west coast I was pleased to find such a wonderful Thai restaurant so close by to work and home.

The food is fresh and perfect every time. The Yum Nua is amazing as well as the Yum Woon Sen. After eating there for 5 days in a row I never had a bad meal... and yes it's so good you will want to go back again, again, and again. The Crazy Noodles are a dinnertime treat.

In addition the service is wonderful. I placed a to go order for 20+ meals and it was well prepared and ready in a very timely manner as well as labeled for ease of distribution amoung the group.

I couldn't ask for better service or food. They are 5 stars in my book.
