| This restaurant seems to be divided in three parts. There is the sit down table dining in which it is VERY dark and hard to see. There is the sushi bar. And then there is the flame cooking bar.
Last Saturday, my husband and our guests decided to go for the flame cooking bar. It was quite entertaining. The gentleman comes out and flips and twists his spatula all over the place. He turns bowls mid-air. He puts oil down on the cooking surface in the shape of a happy face and makes flames rise high. He piles an onion that is sliced and makes a smoke stack out of it. He flipped food around. He even flipped shrimp (purposely) into my water. (ew)
The food was very good. We had a great time watching the chef peform in front of us. The three had the shrimp and steak flamed meals with rice. I had sushi.
I was a little concerned about the service. I was asked if I would like a salad, since my meal didn't come with one. I said, "sure". No one ever returned with a salad. It was hard getting my water re-filled. I had asked the waitress for a certain dish that I had previously. At first she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. It was later she provided me with another menu and I found it there. Unfortunately what I had in the past (a sushi sampler plate) failed in comparison to what I had this time. There was so much LESS to try on the plate so I was very disappointed.
The prices were pretty high in my opinion as well. Granted the flame cooking included a mini salad, a small miso soup, the rice, veggies, meat or shrimp, and a small dish of ice cream, but I was a little shocked at their price of $30 per person to start for that.

| I found this place to be delicious. Husband didn't like it so much (but keep in mind he's not a big Asian food fan).
The place is quite dim to dark. When we went it was pretty empty. However that made for some good service because they didn't seem to have much to do that night.
I LOVED their sushi platter. It was the best I have had so far as far as putting a variety of sushi on a plate for a meal. Most places give you one or two selections. This place gave me probably 8 different sushi selections on my plate.
Now, keep in mind this is a little expensive, but it's worth it.
I'm looking forward to going back so I can eat at their bar where they make the meat and such right in front of you. That seems to be so cool!
