I ordered a Crazy Nacho Chicken without meat. When my food was served to me I found two piecies of plastic in it. I told a server. Who called the manager. When he came to the table I told him I found the plastic wrap in my food. He said "Let me get you another one." He left the table and never returned. He aplogized for the incident nor did he offer a solution to the problem. When my server Ken found out about the incident he said he was sorry. When the check was brought to us it had charges for two nacho meals. We told Ken and he fixed the error. It was my aunts birthday celebration and it was anything but "Happy." I do not plan on visiting this Cheddar's again.
