After noting an idiotic "hatchet-job" review written by a jackass, I thought I might clear things up with the truth.

I have been eating at Bellagio's for three years, and have never found a better more capable or friendly staff. The food is excellent, but as with any restaurant, they may have moments that things go wrong, or an order goes awry. If it happens, the fix it right away.

Recommendations:
the pizza is very good; my favorite is a NY thin, with sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, onion, and mushroom.
The spaghettini is great, the salmon salad is terrific, and both the Italian and Greek appetizers are very good.

Staff:
Everyone is quck, helpful, and friendly. They are professional, but will be more friendly if they see that you enjoy their company.

I'm a regular, and enjoy the status!

Bellagio's was a wonderful night out. Our friends were excited that East Mesa finally has a family oriented restaurant that also has some cultural aspect! We were so happy for the kids to see the "ancient art of belly dancing" It was wonderful postive learning experience, seeing the age old stories of life thru dance. Good food, warm friendly, Thanks Bellagio's for bringing to Mesa a great family restaurant.

This has got to be the worst experience in my dining days ever. We all arrived at this place and were not greeted at all. The guy that finally greeted us was the owner (I think) was wearing a t-shirt and his pants were hanging down past his ass where it looked like a plumber's ass. (disgusting). Well I knew I should have left then but the others in my party wanted to give it a try. We all ordered wine and the waiter then served us was clueless on the wine selection. He said that his primary job was to work in the kitchen as the cook and that he only comes out on the floor to make extra money in tips because the owner doesn't want to pay me for what I am worth. Well any way after hearing this story we were scared to order because now our waiter was the cook and who was going to be cooking our meals? Possibly it could have been the greeter which is the plumber's ass guy.

So any way we asked and the waiter (Sam I think was his name) told us that they have other cooks in the back that can cook as well. After a few minutes went by and discussing with my colleagues we ordered appetizers and we thought it was something that I could have ordered over at Peter Piper Pizza or maybe a type of a cafeteria food. It was so bland that we asked for some sauce of anything kind so we could taste something other then what we were eating and the waiter said it's going to cost you for some sauce, we asked just bring something.

Any way we ordered dinner and once again we were not pleased with nothing that we had ordered. One person in the party ordered a NY style pizza and it tasted like something that you would eat at the Bronx Zoo. The cheese was burnt and the pizza smelled like it came from the Train tracks that came from the Zoo. The lasagna that was supposed to have meat in it and it was lacking meat but instead it had plumber's glue inside of it. It was sticky and yucky that I asked the waiter to exchange it and he said that it would take another 30 minuets to make another entree.

Well I won't bore you anymore with my horrific details of this place but I must warn you all that if you go to this place be prepared for a nightmare.

Oh and by the way nobody apologized for the bad experience that we had.

I was completely dissappointed with my experience as the menu looked very good, but everything we ordered was bland, cold and the service was inexcusable as they were not that busy. Would definitely not go back.
