| Very little rice with order, the lamb tended to be tough with excess of fat/gristle. When asked for a little more rice you would think you were taking it out of their mouths. In addition, a small dish of additional rice cost $1.95 extra on the bill. Other Indian restaurants gave larger portion to begin with and don't charge extra if you ask for a little more. The owner heard our discussion with the waiter and huddled with the waiter without coming to our table to ask what the problem was; and then she gave us a dirty look on the way out. Very poor management skills and very little people skills. They obviously can afford to lose customers and endure the bad word of mouth they get by their poor attitude toward customers. Needless to say, this restaurant will not see our face or our money again. If anyone is interested in REAL Indian hospitality and friendliness, I would recommend the Jaipur Restaurant on South Blvd. in Charlotte.
