Excellent area, near the Eureka theater. One of the best cocktails we had, Frisson Le long, but some of the vegetables and the food were not memorable. The wait staff was excellent and we enjoyed our experience. The bar probably had more action on Friday night. I want to say the decor was Finnish or Scandinavian, but the food didn't match that decor.
