Still a pretty good buffet. We went there for lunch and it wasn't overcrowded at all. The food was acceptable, but I did wish for more things that weren't drenched in sauces and oils.

Was miffed that all the silverwear drawers and cabinets had their doors open. Service was awesome though. Our server was right there at the table before we even had the chance to sit down.

This is the brand new buffet at the Santa Fe Station Casino. And I have to say, for being the new kid on the block, this buffet does well.

It has a variety of food stations, such as Asian food, Mexican food, American food with all the cliche` items you'd expect. They also have a gelatto bar full of different ice creams.

All three of us were surprised and enjoyed everything we chose to eat.

This is definitly a place we'd return to and feel comfortable bringing friends. It wasn't your normal dive-buffet. The atmosphere was quite lovely with a running water wall and clean tables. The staff here seemed really on top of the cleaning up.
